Common questions.
What if my team grows and I need more LLM credit?
You can either upgrade to a higher tier or opt in to transparent overage billing at cost+10% with explicit approval. The default is never to bill you more than your committed amount.
Can I bring my own LLM API keys?
Yes — on the Enterprise tier. Otherwise we route your traffic to the cheapest competent model on your behalf (Gemini Flash for simple tasks, Claude Opus for complex ones) and you get a single invoice.
Do I need to configure anything to enable AI features?
No. Every plan ships with LLM access already wired. Professional + Scale include access to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini — the platform picks the right one per task automatically.
What happens if I downgrade?
Features above your new tier are disabled at month-end. Existing data is preserved. You can re-upgrade at any time — everything comes back on.
SOC 2 and HIPAA?
SOC 2 Type I on Starter, Type II on Professional and above. HIPAA / BAA is included on Scale and Enterprise, available as a $2k/mo add-on for Professional.
